Job Requirements
Candidates must have:
- 2–3 years of inside sales experience.
- Experience working in an outbound call center or inside sales environment making outbound calls.
- High-volume appointment setting and/or inside sales experience required.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Willingness to make outbound prospecting calls and consistently follow up with leads.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through on tasks.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, CRM software, and word processing.
- Ability to meet and exceed performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Home improvement, remodeling, or construction industry experience is preferred, but not required.
- Monday – Thursday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
