We’re hiring full-time Bathroom Installers to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for installing custom bath and shower systems in customers’ homes using quality tools and clean workmanship. This is year-round work with no seasonal layoffs—and we provide everything you need to do the job right.
At Bath Fitter, we respect the work our installers do. That’s why we offer paid training, provide your tools and equipment, and set you up with a company vehicle and gas card. New installers typically earn around $30/hour (approx. $70,000/year), while experienced installers can earn up to $65/hour (approx. $140,000/year) based on piece-rate installs and hourly service work.
