Our Kernersville, NC Branch is in search of motivated in-home sales consultant to join their team.
The ideal sales consultant will provide superior customer service while working with customers to identify their needs and offer innovative solutions while also collaborating with members of their team to broaden their network of customers. The sales consultant will need to be goal oriented and strive for daily success.
Six Week training program with a flat salary, then *100% Commission Based Salary* and assigned hourly rate for Paid Time Off.

Here is what we expect:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred
- Reporting to the office at least 3 times a week
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written, illustrated or oral instruction
- Adherence to company dress code
- Night and weekend availability
- Strong customer communication skills
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
