• Trains, mentors and guides Installers on basic plumbing. Provides advice and guidance to staff to resolve problems or issues.
• Conducts on-site safety audits to ensure that installers are abiding by company safety policies.
• Approve plumbing scope of work following established Bath Fitter procedure.
• Obtains permits as required for work performed by the company.
• Assists with inventory as required.
• Performs all tasks and responsibilities while adhering to established safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
• Gathers and prepares supplies, products and materials for Installer jobs.
• Daily and monthly management of inventory

• Plumber State License of North Carolina (Required)
• Certified Plumber Contractor (Required)
